Assignments
Many of you
have already studied about the West Coast Indians in your Social Studies
class. These warm up exercises will review what you may already know
and will acquaint you with additional information about the totem pole
and the West Coast Indian tribes.
1. Go to phquick's
folder in VirtualShare. Open the share
folder then open the 6th grade folder and drag the document
essay.cwk to your desktop. Use the Slide
show, which is also
in the share folder, as a reference as you write your essay.
2.
Put your name and block # in the header of the document and save
it as essay,last name,first initial. Drop the document
into my drop box.
3. The following web sites will be useful to you
as you begin planning your totem pole.
