ASSIGNMENT:
Construct a color wheel for notebook reference.
STEPS:
1. use protractor to draw circle. Mark center
2. mark angles 0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180
3. repeat marking same angles at bottom of circle
4. use ruler to connect angle 90 top to lower 30 and 150
5. use ruler to connect angle lower 90 to top 30 and 150
